Terrible service

We were booked at The royal guest house in Klerksdorp for the weekend & we had an unpleasant stay.

The bedding was dirty with visible stains, the towels in the bathroom were also dirty. The shower was blocking.

We did ask for our bedding to be changed however, when house keeping came they flipped the dirty side to hide the stains. & that was that. The pillows were also dirty we also had a water issue well that was not on the property.however we were not informed until we had to ask what was going when we wanted to shower & we were only informed the pipe broke on the street however the 5 L they provide ran out &we requested for the second one which ran out again and when we requested we were not given we ended up going to the garage to buy tissue and water.

We were there for 3 days and 2 nights. We arrived Friday afternoon and left Sunday morning.

The property was meant to take their remaining amount but they never asked for it on check in and on check out until Sunday night.where they called me & WhatsApp messages. I was harassed with calls for the payment when I clearly communicated that I was going to deposit it when I have time cause it was a Monday & was working. I did report the issue to the property owners I even sent them the pictures of how dirty the bedding was but they never took accountability & just ignored us.

It important to note that the ladies that work that were not rude to us but the service was bad at looking after the customers they are just night negligent on how they take care of the rooms.
