Bad Service

Very very bad service from the admin lady by the name of Jackie. Upon asking for a tax invoice she said she did send it. Of which I didn't receive anything. I asked her to forward the email again and she responded she is very busy she will attend to it later.

This after paying R6000 for my bikes service.
