Runaway Builder

<p>A specialist building contractor, Mr JA De Klerk t/a the Roof &amp; Building Company, was appointed by Inizio Homes to build our home. The builder was prepaid in stages, as per a contract schedule. The work stages were not completed, the builder has never been seen again and we lost a vast sum of money. When it comes to building, assume that the worst will happen and ensure you take all available measures to protect yourself against all the cliched eventualities.</p>
