Video Disappointment and Etc

I was recently engaged which was spearheaded by romance specialist and my Fiancé .

my fiancé first met romance specialist at gateway in the restaurant named laparada.

my Bouquet were actually forgotten on the day of the engagement, it was given to me after wards . The color was incorrect it was supposed to be red or marron but I received pink the quantity of the roses were not received as promised which was 24 roses.

There was no biltong and slab of lindit chocolates parts of the snacks. two sticks of lindit was given which I can buy myself.

I honestly feel all of this occurred because my fiancé made romance specialist wait three weeks to do an outdoor set up that he likes. The actually day of the engagement there was rain scheduled.

we did not pay the rush fee not because we did not have money as a couple but we wanted to wait and allow sufficient amount of time for romance specialist to edit our pictures and put together our video.

an engagement is every girls dream, a day they look forward too with enthusiasm and much joy and pride.

however our video was not to standard , my fiancé has asked numerous amount of times for our video to be corrected but he received no joy as the wife was in hospital.

I contacted romance specialist( which is a husband and wife team) The husband does all the planning snd events and hes wife does the video which is actually done using her cellphone.

the husband referred me to hes wife, I made contact with her today dated 22-04-2022 via a WhatsApp call. she is rude abrupt and wants to fight. She told me she don't appreciate me contacting her husband and if I wanted to query the video I should have asked for her number it is two separate entity ...just imagine the nerve, she advised she can not send us all the uncut videos as it deleted and she only selects the best.my point to be noted she was fully aware that I don't like kissing but made the video with that why because no rush fee was paid and making them (Romance Specialist ) wait three weeks therefore the incorrect color's and quantity of roses were received and the video edited the way it was...

The wife had the audacity to say why my fiancé never say what type of video he wants but from common sense she saw i was uncomfortable to kiss and she told me off,

by not paying the rush fee she edited the video with kissing images only.

secondly the video did not have the music stopped where my fiancé asked will I marry him and my response , what's the point making a video if a special moment like that is not captured this is the highlight of the video.

it is something to be treasured years from now to come and show our future children.

it's really disappointing to know such a reputable company like romance specialist will mess up our engagement just for money or is we never hire an expense venue.
