Underweight Products & Poor Accountability

I am posting an update regarding my experience with Rogue Legion.

I purchased two 1kg whey protein products via Takealot. Both products, when weighed while sealed, were underweight. I attempted to contact Rogue Legion multiple times via email, their website, and social media, with no response for several days.

When a response was eventually received, there was no acknowledgement of the lack of communication or apology, and responsibility was shifted to “kitchen scale accuracy,” despite both sealed products being underweight. I've also been blocked by Rogue Legion's social media... that says a lot about them.

Due to the supplier’s lack of accountability and the failure to resolve the matter directly, I have now submitted a formal complaint to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud (CGSO) via Takealot, as the order was placed via online order. All evidence has been provided.

Consumers deserve accurate product weights, transparency, and responsive customer service — particularly for consumable products.
