Unrealistic Customer Promises

I booked through an accommodation agency but did my payment directly to the bank. however due to personal commitments I had to cancel the booking and was supposed to be refunded. this has been going on for the full 3 weeks but I haven't received my money.<br> <br> What ****es me off is that I'm always promised my refund the following day at least if they were giving me a realistic date or informing me where the hold up is not creating me false hope and expectation
