terrible service

Book a skyroom with sea view...got skyroom with building view. Not clean..no fridge..no coffee and milk..no aircon..telephone in room did not work.<br> It was our honeymoon night and really not up to standard for a RITZ.<br> Breakfast..watermelon was sour.<br> No sorry for inconvenience..<br> Thank you RITZ for nothing!<br>
