Sort Yourself's Out

So where to start !!! We asked as we had tried to change booking for 1 night did we still have to pay and they said yes so that was fine .. So when we came to collect key next day the room wasn't ready they had 24hours to sort the room as we were paying but not staying !! So then when went to go room it was a double when we ordered a twin room also then the room smelt of bleach spray for 8 hours ... Then the roof was mouldy ... Then on website it said free wifi but when u got there it was 30 mins free... In my job wifi is essential so we had to travel all different times to get wifi then when I was willing to pay they had to no vouchers !! Then a women comes in with new towels she dosent knock then she stays in room while we sleeping for 10 mins that's wasn't polite .. Then this hotel was not worth the money I spent you could of giving us something complimentary wifi or something !! Service was shocking !!!
