Dishonest and thieving property managers

The guys that manage the property here are actual ******. When viewing the apartment was still under construction and I was assured that when I moved in a month later that everything would be done. That didn't happen and I moved into a half broken down apartment, then they tried to fix it WHILE I WAS ALREADY LIVING THERE so obviously they left stuff out and now that I've moved out, they want to do super renovations with my deposit money lol. My lease is done and they are charging me 2 extra months utilities AFTER I've already moved out. The best part? Whats left of my R12k deposit is barely R1k. What a joke. If you want to live in a space thats barely managed properly, poorly built "modern" apartments with cheap walls and mold problems then The Risidale is the place for you!
