mocked and ridiculed by prive Pitt boss

At the prive on the 2nd of May 2016. We were playing on the tables and we had asked for something to eat, we were told that out spend is not high enough for us to be allowed anything on the menu except sandwhiches. We were then asked to plead with the lady Evon/ Eva the African Pitt boss who excused us with a statement saying " I can only afford sandwhiches for you and your family as you did not spend enough after having lost alot of money on the tables . So we said that we play at many casinos and not any casino has forced us to eat sandwhiches being black diamond players. She then walks pass and laughs and says can I give you some black tea with those sandwhiches in front of all other elite players making us seem so low class. I honestly felt so ashamed at her remarks and she has defamed me in front of fellow players. this is not the way to handle guests who play in the prive. after all we did not ask her for anything more then a chicken wrap. we did not order food the night before as we went out for a supper at a restaurant at our own expense . we booked out 3 rooms at the casino hotel. we played the entire night at the tables in prive. so if this is how you get treated at the prive at the ridge , by the head of the prive it is really unjustified of why she had to be so miserable to me and my family. we will be sending this message to Tsogo Sun.
