Shocking Experience!

I had the most disappointing experience with The Ribbon Collection!! I requested a quote for branded ribbons from 3 x companies. Decided to go with The Ribbon Collection. I signed off on the quote, signed off on final agreed artwork, and paid them in FULL on 12 February 2018. I received a mail from Annerie on 21 February, informing me that they under quoted, and resent me another quote, which was a total of R1270.53 extra. I informed Annerie of my disappointment and she agreed that it was her fault, and that she will carry the cost. However, this morning Terry from The Ribbon Collection phoned me.. with ‘some bad news and some good news’’ – Good News is, my Ribbon is ready for dispatch, and the bad news is, they under quoted me with R2000!! And if I don’t pay that, they will not send me the ribbon. I explained to him, that I signed of on a quote, - I requested quotes from other companies as well, but signed off on their quote and paid in full. Terry very rudely informed me that he will then refund me, so that I can use another supplier!! Surely you honor a signed quote or discuss this in a professional manner. This work etiquette is shocking to say the least!! I am VERY disappointed in The Ribbon Collection and will not recommend anyone to do business with them!
