Disgusting service.

On Thursday the 5 of December 2019, I entered The ribbon collection showroom with my manager and my 3 year old boy. After spending sometime there my son was getting a little restless and therefore I asked the receptionist for some paper and a pencil for him to draw on. I seated my 3 yr old son at the table -Which had an empty present box on it bought from Mr price- with the paper and pencil for and him to draw on and proceeded to walk around keeping my son under close supervision. After a couple of minutes my son approached me and said he needed the toilet. So we headed to the bathroom leaving the table as is until I could return and collect his drawings he did and place the magazines and empty box back where we found it. On the way to the bathroom the co owner walked in in an absolute huff. I was rudely told by her that I am to keep my child by my side and not let him out of my sight as her things in the shop are expensive.* NOT TO SURE WHEN RIBBON BECAME THAT EXPENSIVE.* but anyway..... I proceeded to then tell the receptionist to leave my order as the manor in which I was spoken to was absolutely shocking and uncalled for. I asked the receptionist for the owners number and gave him a call hoping that he would take this matter further.

On Friday 6th December I recieved a call from the co owner Natalie. Rudely i was told that my child created Havock in her shop and then proceeded to put the phone down in my ear. I phoned (Terry) the owner to explain to him once again that his daughter(Natalie)/ co owner was extremely rude to me for a 2nd time. He was not interested in anything I had to say and told me that the matter is now closed. I told him that I will be taking this matter further on social media platforms.

I left a review on their Facebook page stating the following. " Absolute appalling service. The owner (Terry) and co owner (Natalie) are rude and have zero client service. Will be taking this matter further.

Once again I was rudely responded to by this women saying.... "PLEASE DO SO SWEETIE :) we have THOUSANDS of happy satisfied customers that love our service and do not disrespect and abuse our showroom.....we would not be in this industry for 23 years if we had bad service have a lovely day !"

Both owners need to get off their high horses and learn to value any and all customers that enter their shop no matter the size of order.
