Revamp Shop

I have paid deposit on a two seater chair set. There was no agreement what so ever the terms and conditions when you pay deposit what will be the con's and do's. When I ask for deposit back because of circumstances. She refuse to pay back because her excuse was: "I have lost a lot of buyers" the shop is hardly open. how can you lost buyers if you not even open... I will never do business with them again. And how can you run a business without stipulate your terms and conditions. And there was no agreement verbally also..
