The Residency Jellicoe a Nigerian mecca.

The Residency Jellicoe, Rosebank is a Mecca for Nigerian nationals. I had the displeasure of staying at The Residency during a business trip. The management of The Residency has no control of the unruly behaviour, noise pollutions caused by these Nigerians nationals are shocking. Appalling to say the least! A definite no-go zone!!!!
