NOT SAFE!

I am not sure if the people who own the residency are aware of this matter, or if they have done anything to caution people, so I am going to do so here, there is a light skinned black man with a scar on the back of his head who has been luring women to the residency Rosebank and capital on bath, the staff are aware and, have done nothing to inform the people who live there or book there, they haven’t called police, and have allowed him to continue R@PING AND ROBBING WOMEN AT THEIR PROPERTY, he lures them there and *****s their phones, this has happened to 9 women in the past couple of months, they do it on a daily, if not weekly basis. If anyone has experienced anything similar, contact the police! He *****s your phone, clones the phone and then proceeds to contact your friends and family to lure them to the hotel to ***** their stuff, somehow, he even records your voice and uses your voice to send to your friends and family to make it seem more convincing. Once they clone your number, they hack the phone. They will ***** money from your banking app, use your WhatsApp to lure friends and family or ask them to send money urgently. They do this every week! Sometimes they do it the next day. Please report if you have experienced this, we are trying to get the police to take this seriously. We have located 9 victims and, one of them was not just ****** of her phone but, also ****D! A police report has been filed today and late last year another police report was filed for the ****. He is yet to be found and has been doing this since 2020, he doesn’t change the hotels he goes to the residency and capital on bath, he uses a back door and or ba*****t entrance.
