The Reserve Sandton - False Advertising

The photos look NOTHING like the place. My partner and I were there for an hour and had to check out soon because the place was an absolute **** show. There was a ********** smell that just stayed in the apartment, the couch smelled as though someone had their menstrual cycle on there. And just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, THE FRONT DOOR DOES NOT LOCK! The sliding door needs to be lifted in order to open and close it and if you plan on going out and getting food then take all your personal belongings because the door does not lock from the outside, absolute nightmare. We spoke to the lady that manages the place to inform her that we had to check out and explained what the problems were and that's been a nightmare, an ONGOING one at that. She never gets back to you and wasn't even bothered to come collect the key and apologise for the mess. She simply told us to "leave the key in the apartment and someone will come collect it"

The worst place I have ever booked! I have been fighting for my refund for a week straight now! The lady keeps saying she's waiting for feedback from the manager and not bothered to get back to me. I have had to run after them, even after I've asked to speak to the owner MULTIPLE times!

They had the nerve to tell me that I must remove the review or they won't pay me. Absolute nightmare with these people. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even a dead toe.
