Overbooked and left stranded

I can’t even tell you how good or bad the place was because I couldn’t even get in!! When we got in They said that our booking wasn’t in the system (mind you that we booked 2 months before and recived two booking confirmations)I was alone with my GF first time in Cape Town don’t know anyone and was stranded for ever. Best thing they could do was “book the one across from us” but that was to expensive.

Will never come back here again
