Bias has been shown in my matter, is not taken seriously enough, promises never kept, full of excuses, has contact with defendant and his parents, is +- 1 km away from defendants workplaxe and has not stood up for my rights, person living in property and occupational rent to me isn't sorted out, tries to persuade me to hurry up the matter where I will end up losing thousands upon thousands of rands, Francois changed greatly since moving practices. I have no protection from the defendant, his relatives and friends who have intimidated and threatened me... I walk in constant fear and need protection after even losing so very much money in this matter. Without prejudice and judicial consequences of any kind, and I waiver any way that this can be used against me in a court of law.
