Lack of integrity of the owner of the Company

<p>Paul Van Rooyen is the owner of the company and his driver rolled back into my vehicle. The driver got out of the vehicle and asked if he had hit into my car and I said yes. I spoke to Paul and he said not a problem he would sort out my cars repair until he heard that it was more damage than he had expected and he then referred me to his insurance. He said that he wanted an assessor appointed to determine whether the damage was related to the accident and turned around to the insurance and said that I hit into his vehicle. The road is on an incline and there is no way that a Land Rover will hit into the rear of a Corsa Utility without there being damage to the bakkie. My damage is synonomous of a vehicle rolling back into my car which he did. The insurance interviewed Paul's driver who obviously didnt want to get into trouble and said that I hit him. Paul referred me to an attorney firm where his wife works, when his insurance instructed me to issue summons on their client. This is a perfect example of a business man who hides behind his insurance and wife's employers to get out of paying for my vehicles damage. Where is his integrity ! He would rather that I have to fork out for the bill than allow his insurance to pay my vehicle damage. Or maybe he didnt want his premium to go up and have to pay a section II excess ! Can't trust someone who agrees to fix your car and then turns around and lies to the insurance ! </p>
