Took my phone in to replace the battery. The Technician omitted telling me that he damaged my original screen and then replaced it with a cheap generic screen. The battery was also not an original product, as promised. After i returned to the store a second time to complain about these issues, i managed to get a refund on the very overpriced generic battery. My phone is now heating up constantly and takes forever to charge. I would like a refund on my original screen (Iphone 13).

Shocking and dishonest business dealings My wife took my sons phone in for a repair. They claimed it needed a new battery and a new screen. Agreed R4000 for the repair repairs and original replacement parts. I’m closer inspection we realized that the screen did not fit into the casing properly and the battery was rattling loose inside. The screen was glued on top of the casing with the edges of the glass exposed. Within hours, it was cracked. When I took back to the shop, he said he could replace it with a second hand screen for R1000 we agreed only to find that the screen that he replaced it with was our original screen with an obvious identification, circular scratch in the bottom corner. So in other words, the screen never need to be replaced at all. So I went back and told him that I will happily pay him for the Chinese battery, but I wanted a refund of R3500 for the screen. He refuses to refund and come clean. There are numerous negative reviews on this company online- they must be stopped.
