Pathetic Service - They did not verify documents and identity prior to placing a tenant!

WE hired the Rental Giant to place a tenant at a property for us. They proceeded to place a foreigner that did not match the identification that he provided! They did not even verify that the person the rented the unit matched the ID document that was provided with the rental application! We ended up with a ******** that police were looking for living in our unit because of the incompetence of the Rental Giant! Then when we requested that they refund us the placement fee we had paid - they refused! Yet we paid for a service that we did not receive since we were then left without a tenant and had to pay someone else a placement fee to get a new tenant! Absolutely pathetic service! Do not use them - they will only give you additional trouble to handle!
