Made me pay my rent twice because they decided to close their bank account

<p>So today I get an email with a warning because I didn't pay rent even though I did. I tried calling Lesley and the other numbers listed on their website but no one would answer. Eventually she sent me an sms and after a long conversation basically forced me to pay rent AGAIN into their "new" acount but won't refund me the rent I already paid. She sais my bank must refund it but my bank sais she must refund it. So going to speak to my lawyer on Monday if they refuse to refund me or at least not charge me rent for next month. The way they dealt with this was so unprofesional. They say they sent me an email to say the banking details changed but I never got such an email.</p>
