******* Estate Agent-Doesnt pay back your deposit

I signed a lease agreement with Lesley Schuit and Corrie Hurter/Schuit of The Rental Giant in Edenvale. When we had given notice to terminate the lease agreement. There were all sorts of false accusations with regards to the damage made to the property. <br> <br> They refused an entry inspection, so we then sent an email with pictures of everything that was damaged and we also repaired a lot of what was damaged. <br> They are now refusing to pay back the deposit. On investigation, we found out that The Rental Giant is in fact operating *******ly and without a Fidelity Fund Certificate. A few people that have also said that this Company is known for not paying the deposit back. <br> <br> Their lease agreement is one sided. The clauses contradict the rental housing act so the clauses are not valid. The Rental Giant CC is operating *******ly, and should not be issuing a lease agreement in the first place. This was confirmed by the Estate Agency Affair Board of South Africa.<br> After a month, I am still waiting for my deposit and won't give up until I get it back
