*****ed the rental giant

I am advising landlords not to trust these unprofessional rude estate agents that collect funds but do not hand over the money. Our tenant paid for two months but they seem to have eaten this money because every time we query about it they drop the phone in our ears and they are not approachable either. No offices no communication once they get a hold of ur tenants money. Therefore landlords do not use these people.
