The Regency Apartment Menlyn

This establishment in Menlyn Pretoria doesn’t inform clients beforehand that some/most of their rooms are self catering ( people are actually cooking food in their rooms ) and that their advertised Queen room is actually a family apartment that is split via a wooden door. The result of this is a awful , food -smelling single room where you can clearly hear the next door guests. I Immediately checked out, filled in the refund application form but after 3 months of waiting and enquirin I still didn’t receive my money back
