The Refrigeration Guys messed my fridge

I requested for the gasket replacement. They came with the wrong gasket. One of their guys had muddy shoes and soiled hands. Whatever he touched had visible dirt on it. They saidthe original was left in their office in Midrand. They declined when I offered to collect it. The fridge cannot close. When I called, the guy said my complaint doesn't matter and my reviews won't make my fridge better and it won't reimburse me my money that was paid to them.Their Google reviewes are disabled. He has the last laugh I guess.
