Unpaid non-refundable fee

I registered with the learning center on the 3rd of January 2020 and I withdrawn the application within 24 hours due to misleading information. The reasons I cancelled were the following: *The learning center had no other learners, and I have asked many times because I wanted my son to share knowledge with other grade 12 learners. *There were no subject Tutors as promised during the interview, my son worked on his own for the entire day because the tutor in-charge said she knows nothing about Mathematics and Science. The center refused to pay back the non-refundable fee even though I was not satisfied with their service and the cancellation was made within 24hours.
