FLAT OMEGA 3 CAPSULE FOUND IN THE BOTTLE

I bought a bottle of 150 Omega 3 Capsules, THE REAL THING OMEGA 3. After using a few, I found one that was completely flat inside, no oil at all and not leaked out. I contacted the customer service department. Asked me if it leaked out, I said no trace of leaking out, said it's under investigation. It's been more than 3 weeks and nobody has even bothered to reply back to me after their 1st email. What a shame that a person can't even respond to an email. It's a real shame. These capsules are expensive and to find this 1 capsule not meeting with the requirements is not acceptable.
