The Real Spa Garsfontein: Excellent The******s, Poor Front-Desk Service

I’ve visited The Real Spa Garsfontein twice now, will not go back, and while the massage the******s are truly outstanding (10/10) in terms of technique and professionalism, the overall experience has been spoiled by poor service from the receptionist and WhatsApp communication line.

On both occasions, I found the front-desk interaction to be frustrating and unprofessional. no proper greetings, slow or unclear responses on WhatsApp and on email, its schocking and an overall lack of customer care. I was left feeling like I was bothering them, rather than being welcomed as a paying client.

It's disappointing, because the quality of the actual treatments is excellent. I believe management should seriously address the front-of-house communication and customer service, as this will ultimately cost them loyal customers.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I do see the potential for The Real Spa to be exceptional, if the customer service matches the skill of the the******s!!
