Tragically poor service!

A few months ago I took an iPad in for repairs with a cracked screen. The same/next day service took well over a week. Subsequently I had to take the iPad back again as the screen popped out. Again, the same/next day service is now already a week and a half ago. This iPad is for my child who use this iPad for school and as she started today with exams and needs if for studying. Still no response or estimate time to repair from The Real Repair company.
