Shocking!

After a previous less than ideal experience I was stupid enough to take my i-pod in to the Constantia store for a new battery on Sept 3. I accepted a quote for R600+ within a few days and STILL haven't got it back. I went into the Constantia store on Sept 22. They called the repair centre and told they were sourcing a battery from another store, but I still haven't heard anything. I called them again yesterday morning at 09h12. They promised to call me back and I haven't heard a word from them.

At NO time was I told that it would take over a month to get a new battery, GRRRR!
