**** service form Cellucity and The real repair company

I sent my iPhone 8 in for rear housing replacement as well as a battery replacement 22/09/2020 I emailed them as well to make sure that both repairs were done - I collected my phone after many phone calls to find out what is happening or where my phone is as no one lets you know it's done or what is happening (Cellucity Century City) - Eventually, the branch manager of The real repair Cherlynn Bohardien emails me back 4 days after my phone was feched that it is ready for pick up???? I find my battery was never replaced as I asked for, which was quoted for and paid for - I live in St Helena Bay and cannot just pop down to Century City for having them do what was asked. I have phoned and phoned every number available and emailed and no one has the capacity to assist me!! WORST SERVICE RECIVED EVER!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM! They have yet to advise if and when i will be refunded for work they never did.
