No communication whatsoever

My Samsung A32 suddenly stopped working, with no feedback from the touch screen and not charging. I took it to The Real Repair Company at Cellucity in Somerset Mall. I was welcomed by friendly staff who said that the phone will have to be sent away to be assessed and fixed and it would take approximately a week and a half. After a week and a half with no feedback, I phoned them asking what the update was on my phone. They said that they are waiting for parts, coming that day, to assess my phone and that they will inform me of the outcome. Another 2 days passed with no feedback. I phoned again and was advised that the technician is on leave and someone else will phone me. I received a phone call saying that my phone is beyond repair and they will inform me when I can collect it. Another week goes by, no feedback. I phone again, asking where my phone is. Someone phones me telling me that they said that my phone is beyond repair. I said that no one advised when I can collect my phone and no report was sent to me with details on what was wrong with it. I went to collect my phone 3 weeks after booking it in and no repair done. NEVER again will I send anything to this company. I paid them for a service and had to beg them for feedback on the service and to return my phone.
