DIsgusting and Shocking Service at Real Repair Company Gardens Centre

My Ipad 2 went in for a screen replacement during the week of Black Friday last year at the Real Repair Company (then Apple Doctor) - Gardens Centre.

I used to work for Apple, and I am fully aware of the depreciation of devices over time. My Ipad was in 100% working order and i used it to play games that were already loaded on the device and to surf the web.

When I got the Ipad back, the screen wasn't secured properly and was loose with a gab around the glass. (They said it didn't have enough time to set)

The second time, the WIFI wasn't working- and because it was WIFI ONLY, this was a problem. The ipad would switch on and off randomly.

My Ipad bounced back between myself and the Real Repair Company for months, they would keep it without any communication except once! to tell me it needed to be restored to factory settings. They wiped the Ipad and gave it back...

Whenever I needed to find out what the status of my repair was I HAD TO CALL!!! After weeks and weeks

I got so peeved off I asked for a refund, and they do not do refunds in store even though i paid with a credit card. I had to wait two weeks for my refund because they had lost the paperwork.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY IPAD- Today is the 01-06-20- I sent it in Black Friday LAST YEAR!!! They had to take the new screen off (and give me my old broken screen back)

After everything this company has put me through, I actually cant believe they want their screen back and is giving me my broken one back.

The amount of people I had to speak to that didn't know what was going on was disappointing and I can see that they have a MASSIVE COMMUNICATION problem at their store, as well as NOT MANAGING CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS.

I would not recommend this store to anyone.
