Bad Parts and worst service in the world

Worst Service in terms of parts i went to the store in December 2024 to get my screen fixed and i was not happy with the display on my iPhone after the repair and i told them i want my old screen and money back and was promised that i will get my screen and money back come Jan 2025 told my screen was destroyed and i should buy and add money on the original screen by Rayn who is their boss from cape town who doesn't care about customers and professionalism also he doesn't care what the parts he uses in his store ive been trying him to call me back and give me a pleasurable explanation as i want my old iPhone screen back and my money or he give me the working screen that i saw last week Friday on the 24th of January 2024 i need this to be escalated to the CEO or the national manager to assist and i should have went somewhere else...people don't fix your phones with these guys you will cry trust me
