AWFUL SERVICE

Horrible service; terrible feedback; never answer their phones; say its stock take - so we couldn't talk to you; when I called and said answer your phones - they said they do- they don't! I advised no one had called me as promised the day prior - they said Oh they just called us now?! I said ok when is the device in store - they said today - I said what time - I don't know - its like drawing teeth. I must however say that the technical who called me was very nice. The rest is a total disaster. I will NEVER use them again!
