Awful company

Their WhatsApp doesn’t work. I went to 3 different branches in Port Elizabeth, nobody was able to even guide me in the right direction.

I asked the technician to call me twice, and followed up twice, but it’s been a week with no phone call, so I guess that’s not happening.

A simple “sorry, we are unable to assist” would suffice, but they chose to ignore the request. Horrible service!
