Goods paid for but never sent - BEWARE!

I purchased from this company for many months before things went wrong. In October 2017 I ordered dog food and was sent a tracking number from them. 5 Days later the parcel had not arrived. Upon calling the courier company I was told the number did not exist. The lady also told me that this is not the 1st time where they have provided false information to their clients. When I took the matter up on their Facebook page they quickly deleted my posts and blocked me. So much for open cards! They sent me an email claiming that a refund will be made and threatening me with a defamation suit as I had posted my complaint on social media called them out on the non delivery. Today is 85 days later and still nothing from them. I have tried to reverse the money I paid. They refused to reverse the transaction as per the bank. I have now made a case of theft at the South African Police Service. Beware guys!
