Worn out branches

We visited a lot of Hennies and love the food and vibe. From Mosselbay, George, Bloemfontein etc We have been stuck in pretoria area for 3 weeks now. We 1st visited Hennies Waterkloof, absolute no Hennies vibe, staff dragging their feet then we tried Hennies Montana if i remember correct. Same issue. These 2 branches is worn out and we can just as well go to a Spur or any other average place. Last night was the last of it. We gave Hennies Waterkloof another go but what a mess. Same attitude as before. We have placed our order for food, they brought me the wrong steak. Sent it back, then they brought me my T Bone. Chips and onion rings ice cold. The meat was raw and ******, the toughest piece of meat i have ever eaten. By that time my wife has already eaten without me. The manager said sorry and brought us free whiskey after we finished drinking some time ago. You really think you can fix yoir service with free whiskey???? I dint think so. We are on our way moving to Ireland and these are our last days. What a good bye from Hennies
