Under cooked chips

Hennies, Preller Square, Bloemfontein....Went to eat out @Hennies,Preller Square,Bloemfontein, although the chips are FREE with the meal, the first time I thought it was just under cooked NO problem. Then two months later the same thing happened again NOT only mine but my wife's as well. So they won't see me again.
