Terrible terrible service, disappointing.

Absolutely terrible service at the Hennies Branch in George. We were a table of 6, we had brandy specials. We waited 20 minutes for 2 specials, to only receive 1 and no ice. We asked for ice and the other specials. 10 min later we got the other special still no ice. We asked 5 times, 3 different waiters for some ice, we eventually walked up to the bar with our previous orders empty ice bucket and asked them to just refill it. In the meantime someone else on the table ordered their special and also waited 20 min for her drinks and guess what again no ice. Same thing with the check, told our waiter we would like the bill, she walks off helps a few other tables, no bill. We asked her 3 times for our check. She eventually came to let us pay, half way through the machine says the payment didn't go through, and she walks off. Luckily we checked because it wasnt our table or our slip that didn't go through it was a completely different table. In the meantime the rest of our group also decided they had it and wanted to pay as well. We sat there for another half an hour, our table had about 5 empty ice buckets and 16 empty glasses, not cleared once. But brought our brandy out in beer glasses becasue the kitchen ran out of clean glasses.
