Really disappointed in Hennies Randburg

I booked a table at Hennies Randburg for the rugby yesterday. They placed us in the beergarden. It was impossible to see anything on the TV with the sun in the background. I left and watched the game somewhere else. Why do you chase turnover so much that you ignore the experience that your customers have? It was really disappointing!
