Gross dishonesty

The owner of Hennies Kempton park allowed me to take a sealed bottle of brandy home, the owner gave personal permission to the OPS manager and front of house manager to allowed permission to walk out with no problems with no repercussions no matter what, with there being a sign on the front of the shop saying no alcohol is allowed to leave the premises. I find this very disappointing that they are breaking there own protocol due to signage at door just to please a paying customer.?????
