Booking does not ensure your spot

Extremely disappointed with Hennie's Benoni, my wife made a booking at Hennie's Benoni for Fathers day as she knows that its my favorite restaurant. After traveling to Benoni and reached Hennie's we were told that we have to wait as our table is not available. What is the use of making a booking if that does not ensure you a table.

Will have to start looking for another restaurant, will mis buying the merchandise but atleast i have a big collection.
