THE READER- glasses that break all the time

THE READER- these stores sell readers but please dont waste your time and money as the quality is shocking and they dont seem to do anything about it. I have had now 4 or 5 pairs in the last 2 years and each time i bring them back they replace them This time they say it's my fault and not a factory fault even though last year they admitted they had a batch of defective frames. They keep splitting in more or less the same areas around the frame. The quality and strength is cheap Chinese ******* but yet they dont want to admit they have a problem. How do they reckon I broke my latest pair received in JAN 18- its a reader next to a bedside table not a tool I use all the time. How do they reckon this was damaged by me? ridiculous. Stay away and rather buy a pair from a reputable optometrist.
