Terrible service . Terrible product .

Sold me a pair with a loose arm which I didn’t note when purchasing. Noticed it a week later when I first took them out . Despite offering a warranty was refused a new one with the excuse that I damaged it as they inspect all glasses before .I didn’t even wear them . I then showed them 2 glasses in store with the same problem for sale . Eventually told them it’s a cheap ******* product and with one hand squashed the glasses into half and left it with them . Learnt my lesson .
