Shocking service
<div>Kevin took my money and documentation in 2018 in order to change my flat's business rates to residential rates. In spite of me sending him numerous emails and trying to phone him, I have had NO FEEDBACK from him at all-and it's now 2021! Needless to say, there has been no change in rates!</div>
