Disappointed

Horrible experience, first night room had to be cleaned again, curtains torn, bedside lamp not working, phone not working, carpet full of stains bedding looks old and threadbare, towels frayed. The food is unappetising (rajah spice is in everything from the stamp to the rice to the cottage pie), the dining room chairs are full of stains. To crown it all off was the cold shower I had to take this morning.
