The Raj - Sun City the greatest disappointment

My family of 4 attended the Raj at Soho Sun City where the service was appalling. We arrived at 19:01 and were brought to the table, where we received no assistance at all. My mother had to go to the manager to ask for assistance of which he responded saying he would sort it out with no apology. We were served by Milo who took 30 minutes to bring the starter and 30 minutes to receive our main course. During our experience 4 families complained about similar issues with one family even going as far as answering their land line so that it would stop ringing as it was not being attended to. The bill reached a 30 minutes mark of not being received.

This was absolutely frustrating and it took a lot out of my family to actually stay as each one wanted to leave
