Poor service from The Raj, Monte Casino

Being a regular patron of The Raj at montecasino, we were disgusted at the poor treatment we received from the white male manager who rudely and loudly belittled us in the presence of both staff and other patrons. This manager was insulting my friend and I for seating ourselves without asking for a table, when we had asked 3 waiters for a table and did not receive one. The restaurant was more than half empty at the time with only 3 table being occupied. We also asked 2 waiters for a menu and did not receive one, before the manager stormed to our table and started shouting at us for not waiting to be seated. This manager said that he did not care if we reported him for this. Being a regular patron, I refuse to support this establishment any further and be abused in this way. As an indian female I am appalled that we could have been so poorly treated at an establishment like monte casino. It is for reasons like this that the customer service in SA is rated so poorly as paying customers are not treated with respect at all.
